This is the final stage of our roadmap, where our vision becomes reality. Our goal? To reach 100 million people worldwide and establish Owl as the global standard for Early Prevention.
🇬🇧 Step 1: Dominate the UK
First, we secure our home. Within 3–5 years, we aim to make Owl available to 80% of the UK population.
- We integrate fully with the NHS, becoming the standard tool for monitoring wellbeing and preventing mental illness.
- Every school, every university, every large employer, and every public service offers Owl.
- Through our Company Credits programme, we have created a sustainable ecosystem where businesses lead the way in protecting their people.
The result? In the UK alone, we move from ~2,500 lives saved annually to over 4,500 lives saved every single year. We cut the suicide rate in half, simply by being there earlier.
🌍 Step 2: Expand Worldwide
Suicide does not respect borders. Isolation, stress, and loneliness are universal human experiences. And the solution — connection and conversation — works in every culture, in every language, in every country.
In Phase 3, we adapt our model for international markets, starting with Europe and North America, before expanding globally. We take the lessons we learned in the UK — the three-tier support system, the safety protocols, the credit model — and we localise them to fit different healthcare systems and cultures.
